Why isn't the comic up? Well, why isn't the sky green instead of blue? Why aren't elephants pink all the time instead of being gray?
The answer to all these questions and more is... our server!
Keenspace is a free online comic host. This means you don't pay, you put up comic, they grin and sit back as the popular ones make money for them. Naw, I'm kidding. These guys are great for putting up with us. They'd be even greater if we were online about now.
Well, I'll think of something to talk about instead to satisfy you gossip vultures.
Fame.
Do we intend to be famous? Well, I personally wouldn't mind being as popular as the guys who brought us into this strange and cruel new world. It was Fred Gallagher's MegaTokyo that inspired my art style- when our comic is up, that will be explained yet again to you. But my biggest influence is Ian McConville from MacHall . I would love to go to a con with those guys.
So, yeah. I'm going to make sure at least Ian is aware of us. Well, when we have our comic working at least.

The Bastards are open at long last! Now we can rot at your brains. Mwahahaha
The first strip is only funny if you read webcomics.
This is the second time this comic has been drawn. The first time was ok, because it was my first ever scan-and-color comic. But then I made the pics for the news posts, and they were much better, so I had to do it all again so it looked good.
Andy is our reason we're a day behind schedual. But we love Andy. So we forgive him.
We're unsure how many comics a week there will be. We should have another by friday. It's possible we could have a monday - wednesday - friday rota, but lets not get our hopes up.
Well, I better get back to work, being the art monkey that I am.

Japs has explained that you have to read web comic to get the joke. If you don't read Mac Hall, Penny Arcade or MegaTokyo, I strongly advise that you check them out, considering they are our main source of inspiration.

Anyway, in completely unrelated news, I've recently aquired both Metallica's and Marilyn Manson's new albums. After a good listen to Metallica's St. Anger, I've decided its one of Metallica's lesser albums, but its still a damn good listen. Marilyn Manson's Golden age of Grotesque is, without a doubt, the best album I've heard this year. Both I highly recomend.
